in the United States, as well as Europe and the Far

frequently and authored numerous articles on these
subjects. Also, he has been a contributing editor for
DM News, a member of the Operations & Fulfillment
Editorial Advisory Board and an adjunct professor at
New York University's Center for Direct Marketing in

industry. His background includes all aspects
of operations, including information systems, distribution
and warehouse management, order processing, customer
service, inventory management and outsourcing. With
experience from the loading dock to the board room,
he has earned a reputation for combining strategic
perspective with practical operating solutions. He
is a contributing editor of Operations & Fulfillment
magazine and a featured speaker at respected industry
forums. He developed the highly regarded ‘Warehousing
Forum’, the direct commerce industry’s
first and only intensive seminar dedicated to distribution
organization and management. |

Robert K. Earley

Bob is a senior logistics
executive with over 30 years of demonstrated success
in distribution and logistics management. Prior to
his association with this firm, he served for a fifteen
years as Senior Vice President of Distribution with
the nationally known kitchen, furniture and house wares
distributor, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. During that
time he successfully led and managed the organization
to over one billion dollars in sales. In addition,
Bob was a partner in the management consulting firm
of Fenvessy Consulting and Vice President of Operations
with Barth Spencer Corp., a vitamin and drug direct
marketer. A graduate engineer with a degree in
Business Management, Bob has served as a frequent speaker
for the Council of Logistics Management seminars on
distribution operations and customer service. |

Richard Genzer

Rick has been involved
in business leadership and technology since 1986 with
roles ranging from software engineer to executive vice
president and CTO. He has performed functions
in software development, product and project management,
online services, business development, financial services,
monetizing web-content, electronic commerce and various
broadband applications. For the past 3 years,
Rick has been heavily involved in business assessment
services and outsourcing electronic commerce activities
for large corporations. |
